Please ensure that Adobe Illustrator artwork files are sent with h-res CMYK images embedded or supply the images separately as 'Linked' files in Illustrator are lost when they are saved.
The final artwork should have had the high-res images supplied as 300dpi / CMYK
Here are some tips:
- Embed imges in the document as hi-res, or
- Linked in the document and supplied as separate files, or
- If the job is 4 colour process, export artwork as composite CMYK TIF, PDF or EPS
